No More Mañana

There has never been a more true statement.
History records men of prestige also being men of procrastination many times. Take for instance Pharaoh when he asked Moses to remove the plague of frogs in Egypt.
Read this account in Exodus 8:9-11: “You set the time!” Moses replied. “Tell me when you want me to pray for you, your officials, and your people. Then you and your houses will be rid of the frogs.”
10 “Do it tomorrow,” Pharaoh said. “All right,” Moses replied, “it will be as you have said. Then you will know that there is no one like the Lord our God. 11 The frogs will leave you and your houses, your officials, and your people."
Mañana, tomorrow? Pharaoh could have been frog-free if he would have just said, “NOW!” What is it with us? Why do we hesitate? Pharoah basically said he wanted one more night with the frogs!
Another example is in the New Testament when Paul is on trial and Felix is enamored by Paul's preaching about salvation. He could have been saved, but ….
Acts 24:25: As he reasoned with them about righteousness and self-control and the coming day of judgment, Felix became frightened. “Go away for now,” he replied. “When it is more convenient, I’ll call for you again.” Felix allowed fear to cause his mañana! His soul could have escaped hell for eternity, but he procrastinated.
Good leaders are decisive. They make decisions and act on them. If wrong, they repent and learn from them.
Losers are paralyzed with indecision and therefore those that follow them, reap the repercussions of their procrastination.
Winners are not those who never fail, winners are those who never quit. Be a winner today. You know enough to do the right thing. Do that today.
Be a person of action, vote for a President that has proven leadership. Our nation and churches cannot afford indecisive leadership.

He has created opportunities for faith-based organizations to prosper. He is pro-life, our economy is the best it has ever been, Israel is blessed. The list goes on! Vote for righteousness, today. Be decisive.
