About these terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gfwatkins.org and the content and features provided through this website by G.F. Watkins Ministries (referred to as “G.F. Watkins,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They also apply to a G.F. Watkins service or communication program that expressly links to these Terms.
Please read these Terms before using the website. Where we ask you to accept these Terms, your acceptance forms an agreement with us. If you do not agree, do not use features that require acceptance. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; accepting these Terms does not, by itself, authorize marketing texts or the processing of sensitive information.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful personal, educational, and ministry-related purposes. Provide accurate information when contacting us, requesting a booking, or completing a transaction. If you act for a church, business, or other organization, you must have authority to do so.
Do not misuse forms, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website, or collect other visitors’ personal information without authorization.
You must be at least 18, or have the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase, donation, booking, or other binding commitment. Any separate age requirements of an event or program also apply.
Content and intellectual property
Website text, books, course materials, sermons, videos, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by G.F. Watkins or the respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and share links to publicly available pages. Unless a particular resource expressly permits more, you may not reproduce, sell, republish, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without the rights holder’s permission. Permissions provided with purchased or downloadable materials govern those materials. Nothing in these Terms restricts uses permitted by applicable law.
Coaching, appointments, and speaking requests
Submitting a contact form, speaking invitation, or appointment request does not confirm availability, acceptance, or a paid engagement. A booking is confirmed only through our written confirmation or the confirmation process identified on the booking page.
The scope of coaching or speaking services, fees, travel and lodging arrangements, scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be stated in the applicable booking details or separate agreement. A separate agreement controls if it conflicts with these general Terms on the same subject.
Coaching and ministry resources provide educational, spiritual, and leadership guidance. They do not replace licensed medical, mental health, legal, tax, or financial services. Examples and testimonials reflect particular experiences; individual, organizational, attendance, and financial results are not guaranteed.
Books, courses, payments, and donations
The website links to books, courses, and donation or partnership opportunities. Before completing a transaction, review the identity of the seller or recipient and the specific offer, price, currency, delivery details, recurring-payment terms, and any cancellation or refund policy shown at checkout or in the applicable agreement.
Purchases and donations may be completed through an external platform, including pages linked from gfwatkins.constellationx.net. The seller or recipient identified in that transaction is responsible for the transaction. These general Terms do not replace that party’s transaction-specific terms.
Refunds, returns, cancellations, and recurring-payment changes are governed by the terms disclosed for the particular transaction and applicable law. These Terms do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule. If the applicable policy is unclear, contact us before paying. For an incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized charge, contact the identified seller or recipient promptly.
A donation is voluntary. Do not assume a contribution is tax deductible solely because it is described as a donation. Tax treatment depends on the recipient and applicable law. Any recurring contribution or charge requires the authorization disclosed during that transaction.
G.F. Watkins SMS program
If you separately opt in to the G.F. Watkins SMS program, you agree to receive the types of text messages described in your opt-in selection at the mobile number you provide.
- Service messages: responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, speaking-request follow-ups, and updates about a service or event you requested.
- Marketing messages: ministry news, resources, books, courses, events, and offers, only when you separately consent to receive marketing texts.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing, donating, requesting information, or receiving services. You confirm that you are authorized to use the number you provide.
To opt out, reply STOP to a message. You may also revoke consent by contacting us or using another reasonable method. We will honor applicable opt-out requests within the period required by law; you may receive a single nonpromotional confirmation. To receive messages again, you must opt in again through an available enrollment method.
For assistance, reply HELP, email GF@GFWatkins.org, or call 832-509-0074. Tell us if you change or relinquish your number. Delivery depends on your mobile provider and network availability; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS participation and privacy are also addressed in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent for another ministry or brand does not, by itself, enroll you in the G.F. Watkins SMS program.
Email and other communications
When you contact us, we may respond using the contact details you provide. Newsletter subscriptions and marketing preferences are handled separately from necessary responses to your request.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in a marketing message or by contacting us. An email unsubscribe does not prevent necessary nonmarketing communications about a transaction or request; an SMS opt-out is handled under the SMS section above. Acceptance of these Terms is not blanket consent to automated marketing calls or texts.
Messages, submissions, and chat
When submitting a message or other material, provide only information you are entitled to share. You authorize us to use the submission as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide the requested service, as described in our Privacy Policy. A private submission is not permission to publish your story, photo, or testimonial.
Contact forms and chat features are not appropriate for passwords, payment-card details, medical records, or other highly confidential information. If an automated or AI-assisted chat feature is available, its responses can contain errors. Confirm bookings, prices, and important information with our team. Chat messages do not create a confirmed engagement or a licensed professional relationship.
Other ministries and external services
The website includes links to other ministries, event organizers, retailers, social networks, video platforms, and service providers. Those services may have different operators, terms, and privacy practices. Review their notices before using them or submitting information.
Participation in a linked ministry, camp, course, or event is subject to that organizer’s rules and agreements. Linking to a service does not make these Terms the governing agreement for every activity of that service.
Website availability and disclaimers
We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may contain errors or become outdated. We may update content, correct information, or suspend a feature when reasonably necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. This does not limit any express commitment in a separate agreement or any statutory warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limits of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, G.F. Watkins and its representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or its general informational content.
These Terms do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. They do not waive mandatory consumer protections or remedies. A separate service or transaction agreement may address liability for that service or transaction.
Applicable law, changes, and other provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Nothing here removes protections that legally apply to you in your place of residence.
We may revise these Terms and will update the date shown on this page. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and renewed acceptance will be requested where required. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed transaction or a separate signed agreement without an appropriate legal basis.
We may restrict access to protect the website or address a violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and existing contractual rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
